• Lead hiring for Director-level, VP/C-Suite, and L8+ engineers.
• Create executive recruiting processes: landscape mapping, calibration, referrals, outreach.
• Manage end-to-end leadership searches from kickoff to close.
• Build a sustainable executive talent pipeline and employer brand.
• Partner with Corporate Development on acquihires and M&A activity.
• Leverage data and market intel to drive a high-impact recruiting function.

• 10+ years recruiting, 5+ years in-house exec hiring at high-growth startups.
• Strong track record hiring executives across tech and business teams.
• Deep network of executives enabling access to top talent.
• Strong sourcing mindset; nurture relationships with passive talent.
• Own outcomes; fast-paced, multi-role; accountable.
• Work with executives at all levels; data-driven; influence decisions.
