🎯 Requirements

8+ years of game production experience
Proven results managing ambiguous situations and driving clarity
Orchestrating work across creative/technical resources on complex projects
Experience with design teams to conceptualize ideas and gameplay systems
Ability to align priorities with leadership and deliver realistic plans
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with multiple stakeholders
