Provide high-level executive IT support with ownership and follow-through.
Collaborate with IT, Applications, and Information Security to enable executive solutions.
Design, document, deploy, and support technologies used by the executive team.
Manage schedules and provide after-hours and weekend support when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support
1+ years of experience in executive IT support
Experience with Windows, OS X, iOS, and Android operating systems
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
Experience with AD, Exchange, Outlook, ActiveSync, SharePoint, and Lync
Experience with WebEx, Skype, Zoom, and other video conferencing technologies
