🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • 3-5 years HR Operations experience in Forex/BFSI or regulated industry
  • Hands-on with HRMS tools such as GreytHR; willing to explore new tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in vendor coordination and relationship management
  • MS Excel proficiency and HR reporting
