📋 Description

• Lead recruitment for executive finance roles for clients.
• Build client relationships to fulfill job orders.
• Prospect for new business and generate job orders.
• Manage job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Log activity in Bullhorn and manage candidate data.
• Travel less than 5%.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in audit/tax/public accounting or recruiting preferred.
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other designation a plus.
• Prior recruiting or business development experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and decision-making abilities.
