🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple orders.
• Less than 5% travel.
