Executive Finance (Partner's Payroll)

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting including journal entries, GL maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes for timely financial reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer balance reconciliations.
• Assist in compliance with GST, TDS, and income-tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports, variance analyses, and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/BBA).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related functional roles.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Tally) with advanced MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in MIS preparation and management reporting.
• Exposure to audit coordination, regulatory filings, and compliance documentation.
