Recruit for Senior Accountants, Financial Analysts, Controllers, Directors, VPs, CFOs.
Generate leads via professional relationships, interviews, and client interactions.
Collaborate across lines of business and national practices as appropriate.
Travel up to 10% to conferences or client sites.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years' experience in audit, tax, or public accounting preferred.
Experience in staffing or recruiting or consulting preferred.
CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office; Bullhorn experience preferred.
