- Proven track record briefing and accompanying senior executives in high-stakes contexts.
- Strong gatekeeping to protect executive time; triage under pressure.
- Operational excellence: runbooks/templates/CRM ownership (Salesforce or equivalent); SLA design.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; CXO-ready briefing packs.
- Willing to travel internationally; able to influence cross-functionally (Sales/Product/Legal/Events).
