• Lead the agency's clinical operations and growth strategy.
• Oversee staff management, development, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• RN with hospice case management/leadership experience.
• Clinical background in hospice/home care leadership.
• Sales leadership in start-up or high-growth settings.
• Clean driving record, valid license and auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel within the patient care area.
• Strong strategic planning and people management skills.
