Directly responsible for the branch's clinical operations and growth strategy.
Oversee all aspects of the hospice program: clinical ops, staff, compliance, finance, outreach.
Travel as needed within the patient care area.
Collaborate with leadership to set strategic direction.

🎯 Requirements

RN with hospice case management and hospice leadership experience
OR Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years hospice leadership
Clean driving record with valid driver's license and auto insurance
