  • 10+ years in digital media, eCommerce partnerships or affiliate commerce.
  • Proven senior sales leader with revenue growth responsibility.
  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams (remote ok).
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting and P&L management.
  • Evaluate partnerships via financial, strategic and operational lenses.
  • Deep network in eCommerce, retail and digital media ecosystem.
