  • Track record closing multi-year, multi-million-pound deals in Enterprise or Mid-Market.
  • Strong knowledge of contact centre tech, omnichannel engagement, and CX transformation.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Experience leading complex bid responses and cross-functional teams.
