🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in institutional sales or partnerships in financial services or digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives, trading concepts, and market structure.
  • Deep familiarity with digital asset markets, token ecosystems, and liquidity dynamics.
  • Proven experience engaging with token issuers, foundations, exchanges, or corporate crypto market participants.
  • Proven ability to originate and close complex commercial agreements in fast-moving markets.
  • Strong analytical capability to assess token economics, liquidity, and market positioning.
