📋 Description

• Manage projects and teams on complex CCaaS apps.
• Own the project and lead customer conversations.
• Lead delivery teams; coach engineers and solution architects.
• Serve in pre/post-sales roles; influence strategy.
• Present CX transformation solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with Sales and Partners to drive deals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or engineering preferred.
• 12+ years in contact center and UC environments.
• 5+ years CCaaS project leadership.
• Roadmaps for CCaaS using Genesys PureCloud, Five9, Amazon Connect.
• Enterprise CCaaS architecture experience for complex needs.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
