📋 Description

• Monitor care quality and staff adherence to regs and WelbeHealth best practices.
• Develop and oversee the WelbeHealth management team.
• Collaborate with finance to design and operate the program budget and hiring plans.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders such as providers, regulators, legislators.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory standards, including audits.
• Participate in strategic planning to refine operations and share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in HCA/Public Health/Social Welfare/Gerontology; 3 yrs mgr exp, or Master’s with 1 yr exp.
• 5 yrs exp developing programs for vulnerable seniors.
• 3+ yrs supervisory exp in health or social services; senior care program preferred.
• Track record of driving initiatives to improve patient experience.
• Mentor and develop leaders and care team members.
• Experience leading a data-driven org, using reports to guide priorities.
