📋 Description

  • Own the creative vision behind Mercury’s brand — elegant, craft-driven.
  • Set strategy to establish Mercury as the standard for design and craft in modern banking.
  • Oversee brand work across marketing channels: digital ads, OOH, video, editorial, site, events.
  • Ensure a consistently high bar for craft, clarity, and creativity across all channels.
  • Lead a growing team of 16+ creatives and manage external agencies/freelancers.
  • Partner with Product Design and leadership to translate strategy into creative direction.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in creative leadership (in-house and agency).
  • Experience building or evolving brands known for strong design.
  • Exceptional taste; ability to push work from good to great.
  • Translate strategy into clear, actionable feedback for teams.
  • Excellent leadership; set a vision that excites the company.
  • Able to manage brand evolution with an ambitious roadmap.
