🎯 Requirements
- Approximately 7 years of experience in communications, technology communications, social media, or related roles
- Direct experience owning and running executive or talent social media accounts, not just advising on strategy (experience with tools like Sprout or Meltwater is a plus)
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in high-visibility environments
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt voice and tone across audiences and executives
- Excellent taste and judgment for social, with hands-on fluency across platforms and formats
- Comfort operating in real time and making thoughtful decisions in public-facing contexts
