- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- CRM experience: Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
- Content tools: Canva or similar design tools; familiarity with email marketing platforms; CMS experience
- Strong organization, communication, multitasking, confidentiality, and collaboration
