Lead group coaching, workshops, or leadership sessions as needed.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years coaching senior-level leaders and/or managers.
Background in organizational development, leadership, management, psychology, HR, or related fields.
Empathetic, direct communication and actionable feedback with leaders.
Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
