- Provide primary executive support to the CTO, including calendar management, expense reports, and complex travel arrangements.
- Light administrative support to select members of the CTO leadership team.
- Manage a complex, dynamic calendar with frequent changes and prioritization.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel with flights, hotels, ground transport, and dining.
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and efficiently.
- Anticipate needs and stay several steps ahead in a highly fluid environment.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of admin support, with 2+ years executive-level support (C-Suite at a similarly-sized firm, or VP+ at a larger company).
- Demonstrated ability to manage executivesβ calendars with precision, speed, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting an executive with access to highly sensitive information (ideally a CTO, CPO or comparable).
- Ability to perform in-person in our Oakland office every Tuesday, with willingness for other key moments (Board meetings, leadership team onsites, etc).
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other tools for managing work in a distributed global environment.
- Nice-to-haves: remote/hybrid exec support; experience at a global company through rapid growth.
