• Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and tools for the EBP function.
• Develop playbooks, docs, and training materials to codify practices.
• Establish operating cadences, governance forums, and escalation pathways.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with leadership.
• Partner with Organizational Lead on budgeting, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead capacity planning and workload balancing across EBPs.
