📋 Description

  • Review incoming mail and emails; prioritize and summarize content
  • Compose, draft, proof, edit, and finalize correspondence
  • Plan domestic and international trips; itineraries, agendas, directions, and backup materials
  • Manage executives’ calendars; anticipate conflicts; communicate changes
  • Schedule meetings and events; reserve spaces; arrange equipment/materials
  • Liaise with portfolio organizations, investors, and KKR personnel with discretion

🎯 Requirements

  • Eight+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant; college degree
  • Financial industry knowledge highly desirable
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Research savvy with extensive online resources
  • Excellent diplomatic skills; professional relationships representing KKR
