📋 Description

  • Manage calendars across multiple time zones for VP APJ and AVP Emerging Markets
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, logistics
  • Prepare executive visit schedules, meeting trackers, travel itineraries
  • Prepare and format executive presentations, briefings and materials
  • Screen and prioritize communications to keep executives focused on priorities
  • Coordinate leadership meetings and company calls, including logistics and rooms

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years executive support, VP or C-suite preferred
  • Experience supporting leaders in sales, GTM, or revenue roles
  • Experience in global environments across multiple time zones
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Proactive, can anticipate needs and work independently
  • High discretion with confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Concur experience is a plus
