- Manage calendars across multiple time zones for VP APJ and AVP Emerging Markets
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, logistics
- Prepare executive visit schedules, meeting trackers, travel itineraries
- Prepare and format executive presentations, briefings and materials
- Screen and prioritize communications to keep executives focused on priorities
- Coordinate leadership meetings and company calls, including logistics and rooms
🎯 Requirements
- 5–7+ years executive support, VP or C-suite preferred
- Experience supporting leaders in sales, GTM, or revenue roles
- Experience in global environments across multiple time zones
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Proactive, can anticipate needs and work independently
- High discretion with confidential information
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Concur experience is a plus
