πŸ“‹ Description

  • Manage the CTO's calendar across time zones, meetings, interviews, and travel.
  • Prepare CTO for meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Partner with the EPD organization to support programs, communications, culture, operations, and planning.
  • Coordinate and facilitate team, leadership, and All Hands meetings, including materials and notes.
  • Plan events, offsites, and large programs including Brex hackathon.
  • Partner with HRBP to support engagement, onboarding, and organizational planning.
  • Partner with Recruiting to schedule and facilitate executive interview panels.
  • Serve as on-site contact for external partners and candidates with confidentiality.
  • Maintain high responsiveness and professionalism across communications.
  • Collaborate with other EAs to support company-wide initiatives and cultural leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of admin experience in fast-paced environments, ideally with tech leaders.
  • Strong organizational, written/verbal communication, and attention to detail.
  • Strong team player; handles pressure and changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management.
  • Discretion and integrity handling confidential information.
  • Experience using AI tools to scale productivity and automate workflows.
  • Curiosity about technology/AI; comfortable in technical environments.
  • Expert in G-Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
