  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level HR executives.
  • Confidentiality: Strong ability to manage sensitive, confidential information.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting correspondence.
  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual meeting tools.
  • Proactivity: Strong organizational and time-management skills in a high-paced environment.
  • Gatekeeper: Strong gatekeeping to ensure the CPO is most effective in her role.
