📋 Description

  • Organize founders’ schedules, priorities, and travel
  • Support leadership on day-to-day operations and logistics
  • Coordinate board meetings and key moments
  • Manage admin and finance workflows (AP/AR, NDAs, contracts)
  • Run payroll and HR administration across Paris and NYC
  • Oversee office operations and team events across offices

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of studies
  • Fluent in English
  • Alignment with our onsite policy
  • Previous experience in fast paced environment
  • Ability to work closely with founders and leadership
