- Provide administrative support to approximately 8 CE Executive Team members, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistics.
- Manage CE-related meetings, internal and external, including room bookings and video conferencing across time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for CE executives, prepare and submit expense reports, and ensure policy alignment.
- Backup coverage for the CEO's Executive Assistant, including scheduling support and urgent requests during absences or peak periods.
- Support events and team logistics for executive off-sites and leadership meetings, including catering and onsite coordination where required.
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and process improvements to standardize executive support workflows with the Chief of Staff.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, executive support, or operations support role.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced or high-growth environment preferred.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience is asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expense management tools.
