๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide administrative support to approximately 8 CE Executive Team members, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistics.
  • Manage CE-related meetings, internal and external, including room bookings and video conferencing across time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for CE executives, prepare and submit expense reports, and ensure policy alignment.
  • Backup coverage for the CEO's Executive Assistant, including scheduling support and urgent requests during absences or peak periods.
  • Support events and team logistics for executive off-sites and leadership meetings, including catering and onsite coordination where required.
  • Assist with documentation, data entry, and process improvements to standardize executive support workflows with the Chief of Staff.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, executive support, or operations support role.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced or high-growth environment preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience is asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expense management tools.
