📋 Description

  • Manage executives' calendars and travel logistics with detailed itineraries.
  • Review mail and email; prioritize, summarize, and draft replies.
  • Compose, edit, and finalize correspondence and documents.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international trips; manage expenses.
  • Schedule meetings; reserve space; arrange equipment and hospitality as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years’ EA experience; college degree.
  • Nonprofit/philanthropy experience desired.
  • Financial industry knowledge desirable.
  • Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication.
  • MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Research skills with online resources.
  • Diplomatic, professional; maintains confidences.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; anticipates changes.
