📋 Description

  • Be the go-to contact for founder-related information.

  • Assist CFO/COO with diary and inbox; project work.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years supporting C-suite executives; office management experience.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with initiative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Notion.
  • Willing to work at least 3 days/week from London office.
