  • Manage and prioritize calendars for several SVPs
  • Arrange travel logistics and manage expense reporting
  • Prepare materials, follow-ups, and tracking of key actions across leadership teams

  • 5+ years in Executive Assistant, operations, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, multi-priority
  • Ownership mindset with bias for execution
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native or fluent English
  • Experience supporting growth/sales/marketing leadership โ€“ a plus
