- Manage and prioritize calendars for several SVPs
- Arrange travel logistics and manage expense reporting

- 5+ years in Executive Assistant, operations, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, multi-priority
- Ownership mindset with bias for execution
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Native or fluent English
- Experience supporting growth/sales/marketing leadership โ a plus
