  • Own and manage the CEO's calendar end-to-end with scheduling and prioritization.
  • Schedule business travel including flights, ground transport, lodging, and meals.
  • Act as external contact point: phone/email support, screening, follow-up.
  • Project manage on/off-site meetings and team events: travel planning, site prep, logistics.
  • Provide general administrative support: visitors, calls, records, inboxes, daily tasks.
  • Manage accounts payable and basic accounting tasks (Coupa, payments, records).

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience supporting executives; C-Suite preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; flexible problem solver.
  • Independent, proactive; able to drive and influence change.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
