  • 4+ years in EA/Office Manager/Operations.

  • Manage calendars, travel, vendors and events.

  • Based in São Paulo; English fluent; Portuguese for daily work.

  • Highly organized, discreet, and proactive.

  • Clear, concise communicator; resilient under pressure.
