- Provide calendar management and admin support for VP+ leaders with complex schedules.
- Gatekeeper to executives; independently prioritize requests and communications.
- Ensure leaders are prepared; manage information flow; anticipate needs.
- Communicate across departments (People Ops, Construction, Growth, Tech) and coordinate.
- Plan and coordinate team events including offsites (virtual and in-person).
- Own moderately complex projects; meeting prep and ad hoc initiatives—drive to completion.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Startup environment experience supporting multiple VP+ leaders.
- Experience supporting C-suite level executives strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, including Calendar, Slides, and Sheets.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to collaborate cross-functionally.
