- Provide admin support to executives, incl. calendar, meetings, notes, travel
- Primary contact for internal/external comms for executives
- Prepare, review, and edit letters, reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate meetings: scheduling, agenda, materials, notes
- Track action items and follow-up to ensure deliverables
- Maintain records and confidential information with discretion
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in a consulting, engineering, or government contracting environment is preferred
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a DoD Secret-level security clearance
