  • Provide admin support to executives, incl. calendar, meetings, notes, travel
  • Primary contact for internal/external comms for executives
  • Prepare, review, and edit letters, reports, presentations, and documents
  • Coordinate meetings: scheduling, agenda, materials, notes
  • Track action items and follow-up to ensure deliverables
  • Maintain records and confidential information with discretion

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in a consulting, engineering, or government contracting environment is preferred
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a DoD Secret-level security clearance
