- Provide admin support to approximately 8 CE Executive Team members, including scheduling, meetings, and logistics.
- Coordinate CE meetings across time zones; book rooms, video links, and attendees.
- Manage travel and expenses; domestic/international travel; expense reports; align with policies; partner with Finance.
- Backup support for CEO's Office; cover for Executive Assistant to the CEO as needed.
- Plan events and team logistics, including executive off-sites and CE team events.
- Assist with documents, data entry, and general administrative tasks; help standardize workflows.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in administrative, executive support, or operations support roles.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience is asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines; discretion with confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expense tools.
