📋 Description

• Operate heavy earth-moving equipment safely.
• Promote safety culture and incident-free performance.
• Operate dozers, scrapers, loaders, excavators, and compactors.
• Excavate, grade, and compact land surfaces.
• Excavate soil into trucks for transport or disposal.
• Use hand-held radios to coordinate tasks and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 2+ yrs heavy equipment operation (Operator 1); 5+ yrs (Operator 2); 10+ yrs (Operator 3).
• Read safety plans, SDS, warnings, and manuals.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings and weekends.
• Use hand-held radios to coordinate tasks.
• 40-hr HAZWOPER training preferred.
