Senior AI/ML Software Engineer (LLMs)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features for our claim synthesis product.
• Develop hybrid ML solutions that blend statistical models, LLMs, and RAG.
• Write clean, scalable code and optimize AI/ML systems in production.
• Collaborate with data labelers and SMEs to improve model outputs.
• Partner with Product teams to rapidly iterate on feedback.
• Translate cutting-edge AI research into production-grade solutions for live environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Python coding with modern best practices.
• At least 1 year deploying products powered by LLMs in fast-paced settings.
• Hands-on ML with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Proven ability to build and integrate API services within microservices.
• Strong skills evaluating LLM outputs to align with business outcomes.
• Prompt engineering and fine-tuning of large language models for domain apps.
