Software Engineer III

📋 Description

• Rapidly prototype backend and full-stack proofs-of-concepts.
• Build, refine, and maintain production-grade backend services and APIs.
• Design and implement React frontend components integrated with backend.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to move quickly while preserving quality code.
• Translate ambiguous ideas into working software via iteration.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to clarify requirements and tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience with depth in at least one backend language and production systems.
• Comfortable across Java, Python, Ruby with AI-assisted patterns.
• Experience designing APIs, data models, async workflows, and third-party integrations.
• End-to-end stack experience: backend logic and React frontend components.
• Understanding frontend requirements, performance, and UX constraints shaping backend design.
• Experience using Claude or AI tools to prototype and accelerate development.
