📋 Description

• Manage billing and collections with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee vendor contracts, payments, and renewals.
• Lead month-end close and prepare leadership reporting packages.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries with proper documentation.
• Support external audits; act as primary contact for auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years accounting experience; 1-2 years public accounting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable with large data sets; strong data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Thrive in cross-functional, collaborative environments; strong relationship building.
• Highly organized with time-management; balance independent work and team.
• CPA licensure a plus.
