Who you are:

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant UX or Product Design experience, ideally with B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• AI-Forward Mindset: You actively embrace generative AI tools (WenderApp, Figma AI, Uizard, etc.) in your design process to accelerate user research, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
• Discovery-Driven: You are exceptional at uncovering user needs, framing problems, and validating assumptions through qualitative research, interviews, and iterative testing.
• Prototyping at Speed: You leverage AI to create and refine low- and high-fidelity prototypes quickly, enabling rapid feedback loops with users.
• Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional settings, working with product managers, engineers, and other customer facing team members to align design decisions with business outcomes.
• Creative & Analytical: You balance a deep sense of empathy and creativity with data-driven thinking, using both AI-enabled insights and human intuition.

What you’ll do:

• Lead user discovery: Conduct qualitative research, interviews, and workshops, using AI-assisted methods to accelerate analysis and insight generation.
• AI-enhanced prototyping: Use AI design tools to ideate, iterate, and test prototypes at speed, making complex concepts simple and intuitive.
• Continuous testing: Efficiently validate solutions with users using AI-enabled testing platforms and rapid iteration.
• Design multi-platform experiences: Create thoughtful, consistent designs across web, mobile, email, and notifications.
• Contribute to our design system: Build and maintain components, integrating AI where possible to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate deeply: Partner with engineers and product managers to ship high-quality experiences, ensuring alignment with user needs and EverTrue’s mission.
• Measure & learn: Analyze usage metrics, customer feedback, and AI-generated insights to evaluate impact and drive improvement.

How you’ll contribute to the team:

On any given day, you might be interviewing advancement professionals, using AI tools to distill key insights, sketching concepts in Figma, generating prototypes with the help of AI, testing them with users, and collaborating with engineers to deliver meaningful features. You’ll bring both speed and rigor to the design process, helping us solve real customer problems while embracing the creative potential of AI.

• A base salary range of $125K - $135K.
