We transform complex biomarker data into life-changing insights—seamlessly integrating advanced diagnostics, virtual care, and patient engagement to reshape how and where health happens.

Over the past decade, Everlywell has delivered close to 1 billion personalized health insights, transforming care for 60 million people and powering hundreds of enterprise partners. In 2024 alone, an estimated 1 in 86 U.S. households received an Everlywell test, solidifying our spot as the #1 at-home testing brand in the country. And we’re just getting started. Fueled by AI and built for scale, we’re breaking down barriers, closing care gaps, and unlocking a more connected healthcare experience that is smarter, faster, and more personalized.

We are seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join us at Everly Health. We’re focused on maintaining a lean operation while quickly filling open positions with top talent. As we continue to scale efficiently, we’re looking for an adaptable, resourceful recruiter to join our small but dynamic recruitment team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our hiring process remains streamlined, cost-effective, and efficient while helping us bring in the best candidates to help drive our growth.

As a Full-Cycle Recruiter at our startup, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across departments. Working alongside one other recruiter, you will be accountable for requisition management, sourcing, screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding efforts. This role requires a results-driven mindset with an ability to move quickly while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Requisition Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect our needs and culture. Manage the intake process for new job requisitions to ensure alignment on job profiles and timelines.
  • Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Proactively source candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future openings.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Present top candidates to hiring managers with detailed profiles and recommendations. Coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders and ensure the process runs smoothly.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company values.
  • Offer Management and Negotiation: Work with hiring managers to present offers, negotiate compensation, and finalize terms. Ensure alignment between candidate expectations and company needs.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Assist in the seamless onboarding of new hires, including coordinating start dates with new hire orientations, trigger background checks, and ensuring new employees are set up for success.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, candidate stages, etc.) and provide regular updates to leadership. Continuously look for opportunities to improve the recruiting process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Who You Are:

  • Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a startup or high-growth organization.
  • Skills: Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, with a proven ability to identify and attract high-quality talent. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a lean environment and adapt to shifting priorities with limited resources. Comfortable managing competing demands while keeping recruitment processes moving efficiently.
