Everlaw is seeking a Strategic AI Solutions Consultant to help customers leverage AI capabilities within the Everlaw platform. This client-facing role blends strategic advisory with technical implementation to design and deploy AI-driven legal analytics and workflows for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers to understand business problems and define AI use cases within the Everlaw platform
Design scalable AI-enabled workflows and lead demonstrations and workshops
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to drive adoption and deliver value
Provide product feedback to inform roadmap and feature development
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for stakeholders

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in AI/ML consulting or enterprise software implementations
Experience in legal tech or SaaS is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with data analytics, NLP concepts, APIs, data integration, and basic programming (e.g., Python/SQL)
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and roadmaps
