Staff Product Lead

Overview

Everlaw is seeking a Staff Product Lead to shape the vision and execution of our product platform. Based in Oakland, CA, you will partner with executives, engineering, design, and data teams to deliver meaningful product outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and long-term roadmap for key platform areas.
• Lead and mentor product managers; collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams.
• Translate customer needs into measurable outcomes; define success metrics and drive data-driven decisions and experiments.
• Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release management; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Represent product in executive reviews and in customer conversations; influence cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with leadership experience in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Proven track record shipping complex products and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with data-driven decision making; comfortable with SQL and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus.
