Overview
Everlaw is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Revenue & QTC) to lead cross-functional programs that optimize Revenue and Quote-to-Cash processes. Based in Oakland, CA, you will partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to define roadmaps, manage program milestones, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that improve revenue recognition, billing, contract management, and order-to-cash automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs aligned with Revenue and Quote-to-Cash initiatives across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering.
- Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and governance; create detailed PM plans and ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and resource needs; track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Drive system integrations and data flows between Salesforce, ERP systems, billing, and contract management tools.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical plans; monitor implementation quality.
- Develop and report on program health metrics and ROI; influence without authority at senior levels.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of program management or delivery experience in SaaS or technology organizations.
- Strong technical background with exposure to Revenue/Order-to-Cash processes, billing, revenue recognition, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering; excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies; data analysis and SQL skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent business/technical degree preferred.
