Senior Product Lead

Overview

Everlaw is seeking a Senior Product Lead to shape the vision and strategy of our product in Oakland, California. This on-site leadership role will drive cross-functional teams to build enterprise-grade legal tech solutions for law firms and corporate legal departments.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for key product areas.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and customer-facing teams to deliver customer value.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements, metrics, and experiments.
• Coach and mentor product managers and other team members.
• Analyze product usage, measure impact, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches and adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of shipping products that drive business impact.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior PMs.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus.
