Overview

Everlaw is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design team in Oakland, California. In this role, you will lead design efforts across key initiatives, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and impactful experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design for cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable design decisions.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using industry-standard tools such as Figma.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure feasible, high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
Contribute to establishing and maintaining a scalable design system and design guidelines.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

Qualifications

5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or enterprise software (portfolio required).
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and a solid understanding of design systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for users.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
