Overview

Everlaw is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Operations to lead the data operations function. You will partner with data engineering, analytics, product, and security teams to ensure reliable, scalable data access and high data quality across the company.

Responsibilities

Define and manage data operations programs including data pipelines, metadata management, data quality initiatives, and data governance standards.
Lead a team of data professionals; mentor and develop staff; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision making.
Design robust data models and data cataloging processes; establish SLAs and metrics for data availability and quality.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor data health and usage.
Partner with security and privacy teams to ensure compliant data handling and privacy safeguards.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data operations, data engineering, or related roles; track record of leading data teams.
Strong SQL skills; experience with ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Experience with data governance, data quality programs, metadata management, and privacy considerations.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and program management skills.
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master\'s preferred.
