Product Lead Manager

Overview

Everlaw is seeking a Product Lead Manager to shape the vision and guide the delivery of key areas within our cloud-based platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate customer needs into clear product requirements, and drive roadmaps that deliver measurable value for customers and the business. This is a hands-on leadership role at a fast-growing software company focused on litigation and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for assigned areas in collaboration with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market data, and business needs to inform decision making.
• Partner with engineering to plan releases, prioritize backlogs, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Align stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, and Marketing on goals and success metrics.
• Mentor and coach product managers, foster a data-informed culture, and drive best practices.
• Lead and participate in user research, modeling outcomes, and continuous iteration with measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or a related field.
• Strong communication and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Proven track record of shipping customer-facing features and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with user research, metrics, experimentation (A/B testing), and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
