Role Overview
As a fixed-term People Strategy & Operations Program Manager, you will partner with People & Leadership teams to design, coordinate, and execute cross-functional programs that improve workforce planning, operational efficiency, and people analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage program roadmaps and detailed project plans
- Define success metrics and track progress against goals
- Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and business leaders to implement scalable processes
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to inform leadership decisions
- Drive change management and effective communications across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management or people operations experience
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with data tools (HRIS, Excel, SQL, BI platforms)
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
Location & Term
Location: Oakland, California, United States. This is a fixed-term, on-site role.
